Room, linens & bathroom were clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable (rare), but some of the pillows, though with clean pillowcases, still smelled like sweat. Toilet paper was thick and soft. Large rooms with good noise insulation. I liked the big cup for coffee/tea in the room, but there was no tea. I drink tea, not coffee.

Walking distance to the marina zone which is full of shops and interesting things also quick trip to / from airport making a good spot for an overnight stay. Big bonus ~ complimentary breakfast which offered bowls of fruit all prepared in advance, coffees / tea / juice and some hot foods. Noon checkout really good for later day flights. they had several water stations on each floor, elevator and stairs. The bed was clean, good shower and no smoking 👍Good security on luggage storage prior to check in. nice helpful staff. nice pool area by golf course. considering proximity to airport and main road in to Puerto Vallarta it was quiet overall.

Comfort Inn really suits our needs as a landing spot for a few nights before we head to other locations south of PV. It is close to the airport, (we walk to the hotel), very clean, with a good size room and very accommodating friendly staff. the staff is always available to meet your needs and go out of their way to assist you. A special salute to Martin who is so warm and helpful. The only negative, (not really a strong negative) is the breakfast is average. The food is plentiful but could be a little more variety but it is included in your stay. A good deal for the price and will continue to stay there when we arrive in PV.

Great continental breakfast it started early for travellers going to the Airport and lots of good coffee , spacious and clean with food options , good seating arrangements with a optional outdoor area .Safes installed in the rooms , they have carts for your luggage and easy egress and access to the front desk upon arrival , decent car parking , friendly desk staff , nice relaxing pool area with sufficient pool furniture toilets nearby , good shower in the room , the rooms in general are a decent size

The Comfort Inn is well located - an easy walk to the Marina, with all its shops and restaurants. It’s also a short cab ride to the airport. The pool area is not very large, but it is very pretty and looks it would be a nice place to spend a few relaxing hours. There is quite a bit of choice at the complimentary breakfast, although it’s pretty plain. Certainly, everyone could find something to get them going in the morning. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful. All in all, good value at Comfort Inn.

I booked a room with a balcony, and it was wonderful. It was great to cool off in the evenings. Fair bit of noise from the highway it’s next to, but it didn’t bother me. There was some construction noise on the balcony during the day, but not in the evening. Eduardo in the restaurant was awesome… so kind and helpful! Thanks so much! Lots of bottled water in the room, and a water dispenser by the elevator on each floor. And the food is excellent. Not many choices in the morning for someone who is lactose intolerant, but I didn’t ask for any options either. I had a fridge, so the second morning there I had leftovers from my meal there the night before.

The front desk staff is very efficient. If you don't speak Spanish, there is someone there that does. The rooms are nice and accommodating. I used the safe for the first time. It was easy to do. The location is awesome. Right next door is a mall with two banks so you can get pesos from the ATM's. Just a block from there is the big store Soriana. It's like Fred Meyers, or Walmart. Ask for a room Sin Calle(not fronting the main street). The restaurant is very reasonable. The breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, granola,juice,coffee, eggs, tortillas is off the charts! Beats anyplace in the area.

Very clean, close proximity to the airport & to shops, restaurants, etc. a good pool for relaxing. All the staff do an excellent job of meeting your needs. We have stayed here several times at the beginning of our holiday & the end. Would recommend this hotel.

They are very accommodating to hold your luggage until the room is ready. The front staff had easy access to calling a taxi for us, so that took no time at all. This visit we also walked over to the Marina which was nice.
